Return & Refund Policy
At TRNDR, every hoodie is custom-printed just for you.
Because of the nature of Print-on-Demand:
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us at info@trenderclothingshop.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Size Exchanges: Since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please consult our Size Chart before purchasing.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations: Orders enter production almost immediately. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.
Refunds: If a refund is approved (for example, a successful order cancellation), the amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
