Shipping Policy

At TRNDR, every item is made to order. Because our hoodies are custom-embroidered just for you, our process is divided into two parts: Production and Shipping.
1. Production (Processing) Time Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, embroidered, and prepared for dispatch.
2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 3 to 6 business days.

Canada: 5 to 10 business days.

International: 10 to 20 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and shipping times may vary depending on your exact location and local postal services.
3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international orders (including Canada), your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. Trender is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these fees, nor are we responsible for delays due to customs processing.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages TRNDR is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking carrier confirms the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
